HOW CAN I CHOOSE THE BEST HEAVY BAG TO PUT AT HOME?
A large number of fighters choose to train from home by installing a punching bag in their houses. Which bag is better to buy? Below is a small guide designed to help the most undecided.
Different heavy bags for different types of training. What is your discipline?

BOXING
The punching bags are the shortest, they are excellent for training the arms, shoulders and torso. There are several types: Balls and T-bags are perfect for training uppercuts. The waterbag simulates the response to the blow of a body. While the classic heavy bag is excellent for any combination.

KICKBOXING AND MUAY THAI
If you train for muay thai and kickboxing you will certainly need a long heavybag to train the whole body, up to low kicks. If you prefer to train your knees, better a shorter Heavybag.

MMA
Mixed martial arts are a complete discipline, for this reason we recommend the same guidelines for kickboxing and muay thai.
However, if you prefer training on the ground, our MMA bag is the one for you to train grips and hits on the ground.
SPEED OR POWER? WHAT IS THE RIGHT WEIGHT?
Each heavybag has different weight variations. A lighter bag will allow you to train speed, the bag will swing a lot under your blows and will allow you to train in dodging as well as hitting. If this is the type of training you are looking for, we recommend a 20 or 30 kg heavybag
A heavier punching bag, on the other hand, will allow you to train your power, the bag will swing less and bear your blows better, allowing you to unload all your strength. If this is the training for you, we recommend a bag of 40 to 60 kg.

THE LEONE1947 HEAVYBAGS

What is the spring for? The spring, added to the bag, helps to eliminate vibrations. In fact, it is a perfect shock absorber.
